Dentist/Owner Dr. Ziv has been practicing dentistry since 1997, and her commitment and passion for her profession has continued to grow over the years. She graduated from McGill University in Montreal, moved to B.C. after graduation and dedicated her energy to building Newton Dental Group into a practice that provides the highest quality of care. A philosophy of proactive, patient-centered care shapes Dr. Ziv’s work. She is committed to ongoing continuing education in all aspects of dentistry, including a focus on all the latest materials and technologies such as implant and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Ziv is currently a member of several local advanced continuing education study clubs in the areas of implant dentistry , periodontal surgery, and esthetic and cosmetic dentistry. She also holds a Neurotoxin Cosmetic Treatment certification

Dentist Dr. Harlene Sekhon was born and raised in Vancouver and attended the University of British Columbia. She obtained a degree in Psychology and spent her summers doing research with the BC Cancer Agency and UBC Hospital. Throughout her undergraduate education Dr. Sekhon’s love for science and work with the community sparked an interest in dentistry and led her to pursue her dental training at the University of British Columbia. Dr. Sekhon’s passion for dental health allowed her to become involved in many community outreach programs, particularly in Vancouver’s downtown eastside. Dr. Sekhon also completed an oral surgery externship in the Bronx, New York City. Dr. Sekhon is committed to providing the highest quality treatment for her patients through involvement in clinical study clubs and continuing education courses.

Dr. Manveen Kaur provides exceptional, patient-centered care with warmth and expertise. After earning her dental degree and gaining clinical experience, she completed Canada’s rigorous NDEB certification on her first attempt. Committed to excellence, she actively participates in dental study clubs and continuing education. As a clinical instructor, Dr. Kaur guided internationally-trained dentists through Canadian licensure. Her dedication to service includes dental mission trips to Guatemala, providing vital care to underserved communities. An outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking and travel, she brings balanced perspective to her practice. Whether providing routine care or complex treatments, Dr. Kaur combines technical expertise with genuine compassion. She looks forward to helping you achieve your healthiest smile.
