Their FAQ
Answers from their website.
What Counts as a Dental Emergency?
Dental emergencies include severe pain, broken or knocked-out teeth, swelling, or trauma to the mouth. You should seek care immediately to prevent further damage.
How Often Should I Get a Dental Cleaning at South Rock Dental?
You should have a professional cleaning every six months to remove plaque and tartar buildup that brushing alone can’t reach.
What Can I Do About Sensitive Teeth in South Surrey, BC?
If your teeth are sensitive to hot, cold, or sweet foods, it may be due to enamel wear, gum recession, or cavities. A dentist in South Surrey can examine your teeth and recommend treatments to relieve sensitivity and protect your smile.
How Do I Know If I Need Emergency Dental Care?
You may need emergency dental care if you have severe tooth pain, swelling, bleeding, a knocked-out tooth, infection, or trauma to your mouth or gums.
How Long Can A Dental Emergency Wait in South Surrey, BC?
Most dental emergencies should be treated the same day. Delaying treatment can worsen infection, increase pain, and reduce the chances of saving a damaged tooth.

The dentist will examine your mouth, take digital X-rays if needed, diagnose the problem, and provide immediate treatment or pain relief. A follow-up treatment plan may also be discussed.
