Dentist Read Bio Dr. Andrei Vasilian graduated with honours with a B.Sc. degree in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Toronto in 1996. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Toronto in 2000. He followed this with one year of post-doctoral residency training (Advanced Education in General Dentistry) at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in San Antonio and its affiliated hospitals. In his residency Dr. Vasilian received training in various surgical procedures and conscious I.V. sedation. Over the past 20 years of practice he has further developed his interests in orthodontics, children’s dentistry and comprehensive adult restorative and full-mouth rehabilitation cases. His other interests are art history, running and cycling and travelling to new destinations.

Periodontist Read Bio Dr. Nicola Naurato received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with honours at the University of Toronto in 2000. He then went on to the University of Mississippi to complete one year of general dentistry residency (Advanced Education in General Dentistry) and stayed as a research fellow for a second year. Dr. Naurato continued his postgraduate education at the University of Rochester to obtain his specialty certificate in periodontology. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada in Periodontics and a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. In addition, he has been a clinical instructor of periodontology at the University of Toronto. Dr. Naurato adds to our practice his expertise in gum-related conditions (periodontitis) as well as implant surgeries and tissue grafting (bone and gingival).
