Their FAQ
Answers from their website.
What should I expect during my first visit?
Your first visit starts with an exam, X-rays (only if needed), and a review of your dental history. Our dentist then explains what they found and lays out your options before booking. Plan for about 45 minutes to an hour.
Do you offer appointments outside regular business hours?
Yes. We run evening appointments until 6:00 pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and we open on alternating Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Book ahead for these slots, since they fill quickly.
Does your dental clinic accept CDCP and insurance?
Yes, our dental clinic accepts the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) and direct-bills most major insurers. If any portion is not covered, our staff will explain it before the treatment.

We’re at 1033 Bay Street, Suite 217, at Bay and Wellesley in downtown Toronto. Wellesley Station on Line 1 is about a five-minute walk from our door.
Are you near Yorkville?
Yes. We’re a short trip south of Yorkville along Bay Street, close to Bay-Bloor and easy to reach by subway or on foot.
Do you offer emergency dental appointments?
Yes. We hold time for same-day emergencies when possible. Call and mention it’s urgent; we’ll find the earliest slot.
