Their FAQ
Answers from their website.
How do I book an appointment at Smile Club Dental?
Booking is fully online: pick an appointment time, enter your contact details, and you are booked. The online scheduler is available around the clock, so you can book outside office hours, no phone call needed.
Do you take my insurance plan?
Most private dental plans are accepted, including Manulife, Sun Life, Blue Cross, GreenShield, Desjardins, and Canada Life, along with CDCP coverage. Add your plan in the patient portal and your coverage is confirmed before your visit.
Do you accept CDCP (Canadian Dental Care Plan) patients?
The Canadian Dental Care Plan is the Government of Canada dental plan for residents with an adjusted family net income under $90,000 and no access to private dental insurance.
When do I see my insurance cost estimate?
Before treatment, not after. Once you add your insurance details in your secure patient portal, Smile Club Dental prepares a coverage estimate showing what your plan covers and your estimated out-of-pocket cost, so you can review it before your visit.
What should I expect as a new patient?
Everything starts online. Book your visit, then complete your intake and insurance details in your secure portal before you arrive, no waiting-room paperwork. Your first appointment focuses on your care, not forms.
How do I log in to the patient portal?
Log in to your secure patient portal with your phone number. We text you a one-time verification code, there is no password to remember. Inside, you can see your appointments, treatment plans, and insurance estimate.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
