Their FAQ
Answers from their website.
Will my entire dental treatment be covered?
Not always. Your coverage level depends on your income, and if a provider charges more than the CDCP fee guide rate, you are responsible for the difference.
Is coverage the same for every patient?
Basic services are covered for all eligible members, but some treatments require pre-authorization, and certain services may not be covered at all. Visit the CDCP website for full details on what is included.
How long does my coverage last?
Coverage begins on the start date included in your welcome package. To keep your coverage active, you will need to reapply each year before June 1st.
