Answers from their website.

How long have the doctors been practicing?

Dr. Huang has been practicing since 2017. Dr. Fitton is a UBC graduate with experience serving diverse patient communities. Combined, the team has decades of experience.

Do I see the same dentist each visit?

Yes whenever possible. We believe in continuity of care and try to schedule follow-ups with the same dentist who treated you initially.

What languages does the team speak?

Our team speaks English and Mandarin, with other languages available through our front desk staff. Let us know what works best for you.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

A valid photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, a list of medications you're currently taking, and any relevant dental records. Arrive 10 minutes early to complete intake forms.

How long does the first visit take?

Plan on 60 to 90 minutes. We take time to review your health history, complete a comprehensive exam, capture any necessary X‑rays, and walk you through a personalized care plan.

Will I need X‑rays at my first visit?

Often yes — a baseline set helps us see what's beneath the surface. If you've had recent X‑rays elsewhere, send them ahead and we'll use those instead when possible.

Can I bring a family member?

Of course. You're welcome to bring a support person. If you're bringing a child for their first visit, one parent or guardian is welcome in the operatory.

What if I have dental anxiety?

Let us know before you arrive. We'll adjust the pace, explain every step, and discuss comfort options — including oral sedation — so the visit feels manageable.
