Founder Dr. Cristina Coca is a compassionate general dentist dedicated to helping patients feel confident in their smiles. Originally from Bucharest, where she practiced for 11 years after earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, she moved to Canada in 1999 and completed a Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Western in 2003. Since opening Pacifica Dental in Victoria, BC, in 2004, Dr. Cristina has combined her passion for advanced dental technology with a deep commitment to creating a calm, welcoming environment. In 2017, she and her son, Dr. Bogdan, designed and relocated the practice to a modern, ocean-inspired space that reflects her belief in the power of comfort and care. Outside the office, she enjoys skiing, hiking, and relaxing by the Pacific with her son and their dog, Jasper.

General Dentist with limited practice to Oral Surgery Dr. Fatemeh Karimi is an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon with a deep passion for helping others and a commitment to lifelong learning. After earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2000 in Iran and specializing in oral and maxillofacial surgery, she spent years providing surgical care in both hospital and private settings. Dr. Karimi relocated to Canada in 2018, where she became licensed as a general dentist and began practicing limited dental surgery. In 2022, drawn by the beauty of the West Coast, she and her family moved to Victoria.
