Sukan grew up in Toronto and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacology from the University of Toronto in 1997, followed by her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree with honours in 2001. After graduation, Sukan completed a General Practice Residency Program at Hartford Hospital in Connecticut, where she received specialized training in advanced dental procedures. She focuses on treatments that enhance both function and aesthetics for adults, as well as offering arch development for growing children as an alternative to potential extractions. Outside of her professional work, Dr. Nip enjoys spending quality time with her family. She can often be found walking her dog and cheering on her daughter’s sports teams.

Séan was born in Grande Prairie, Alberta where his grandfather and father both practiced dentistry. Though he still has an attachment to northern Alberta he is an island boy at heart having lived in Victoria since the age of five. After completing a B.Sc. in Biology from the University of Victoria he decided to persue his longtime interest in dentistry and Graduated from the University of Alberta in Edmonton in 2003 with his degree in dental surgery.

Noelle was born in Kelowna, British Columbia, where she grew up surrounded by mountains, sunshine, and the lake. She later moved to Edmonton, Alberta, where she earned both her Bachelor of Medical Science and Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees from the University of Alberta. After graduation, Noelle and her fiancé decided to relocate to Vancouver Island to be closer to family, enjoy life by the ocean, and leave behind the cold Alberta winters.

Alina was born in famous Transylvania. Some say that growing up in Transylvania may have pushed her towards dentistry. She received her first dental degree in 1999. She came to Canada to visit her husband Eugen, who was finishing his graduate studies at UVic, and fell in love with the friendly and beautiful West Coast. She decided to further her studies at UBC Dentistry, and after finishing in 2004 moved to Victoria – which was now home.
