Their FAQ

Answers from their website.

What counts as an emergency?

Major fractures, severe instability, or situations where normal denture use is no longer possible.

Can emergency cases become same-day repairs?

Yes, if clinically suitable and damage type allows safe same-day completion.

How do I care for my dentures?

Remove at night or take out daily for a few hours to allow your gum tissues to rest. We provide a container to store it in. Use a soft bristle tooth brush to clean daily with non-abrasive cleaner. We suggest a drop of dishwashing liquid. Rinse well.

How long do dentures last?

With proper care, dentures can last approximately 5-10 years depending on the type of Denture.

Do you fabricate implant retained dentures?

Absolutely! We have over 800 implant patients and can refer you to see an Oral Surgeon or Periodontist. Loose dentures can be remedied with the addition of dental implants placed by a dental surgeon. Dentures over implants provide stability, increased chewing force, reduced tissue irritations, and decreased bone loss.

What if I am not mobile but need denture care?

Our denturist will come to you! We can arrange to see you in the comfort of your home or in your care home to ensure the best possible service.

I have a sore spot what should I do?

Sore spots can be common right after a new denture while your mouth gets use to the new appliance. Take some breaks from wearing them. If the sore spots don't improve with gradual wear, please call our office and we can fix it, it's complementary.

I just got my dentures what can I eat?

We suggest soft foods like eggs, yogurt, fish, pasta or rice until your mouth and gums get use to the Denture. Avoid hard or sticky foods like nuts. Gradually introduce textured foods like soft vegetables and fruits.
