General Dentist Dr. Karl grew up in Winnipeg, Manitoba where he attended the University of Manitoba, graduating from the Faculty of Dentistry in 1997. After graduation, Dr. Karl spent four years studying at the Las Vegas Institute of Dental Excellence. He then practiced general dentistry in Calgary for 10 years before moving to Kelowna, British Columbia in 2007 where he spent 12 years in the sunny Okanagan. In Dr. Karl’s free time he enjoys everything from golf and tennis to kung fu, skiing, boating and photography.

After practicing dentistry for about two years in India, Dr. Desai moved to Canada in 2012. He studied dental hygiene at Confederation College in Thunder Bay, ON, where he graduated with distinction and received the academic award of excellence.
