Dr. Jay Lalli was born in Edmonton and raised in Saskatoon. He completed his D.M.D in 2012 at the University of Saskatchewan and subsequently completed the General Practice Residency (GPR) in the Saskatoon Health Region. Following this, he completed his specialty training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 2018 at the Winnipeg Health Region, and also graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Masters in Dentistry. He then spent 5 years in Saskatoon providing full scope oral and maxillofacial surgery. While in Saskatoon he was on staff in the Saskatoon Health Region, worked in private practice at Saskatoon Oral Surgery, was an an Assistant Professor at the University of Saskatchewan, and a member of the Central and Northern Saskatchewan Cleft Lip and Palate Clinic. Dr. Jonathan Chu was originally born in Taiwan, but immigrated to Canada at a young age, and has called Alberta home ever since. He completed his BMSc, and subsequently his DDS in 2017 at the University of Alberta. He spent six years in general practice prior to pursing his speciality training. He completed his Oral Medicine training in 2026, graduating with a Masters of Science from the University of Alberta. During his residency, he also served as a part-time clinical instructor for the DDS program.
