Their FAQ
Answers from their website.
Do you provide emergency dentistry?
Yes, we do our best to offer same-day emergency visits to help with your needs for immediate treatment for a toothache, injury, or broken teeth.
How do I pay for treatment?
We accept most insurances and the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) as payment options, and we have a few flexible options for payment options so you can receive your dental care.
How often should I go to the dentist?
Most of our patients benefit from a visit every 6 months for a cleaning and check-up. We get to know our patients and may recommend visits more frequently than that, or longer intervals between visits.
Do you see children, too?
Yes, we gladly provide kind and friendly dental care to both adults and children, which means we can treat your whole family.
What should I do if I lose a tooth?
If you knock out a permanent tooth, rinse it gently with water (dont scrape it) and see if you can put it back in the socket. If you cant, put it in milk or a clean container and go to the dentist right away. The sooner you get help, the greater your chances are of saving the tooth.
Is it okay for me to travel to the hospital in case of a dental emergency?
Hospitals can help with pain or acute infections, but they normally cant do all of your dental work. Call an emergency dentist right away for the best care.
What signs should I look for to see if my toothache is an emergency?
If your toothache is very bad, doesnt go away, or comes with swelling, fever, or trouble eating, it could be an indication of a major problem, like an infection. People should regard these cases as emergencies.
Does insurance or CDCP cover emergency dental visits?
Most insurance policies cover emergency dental care, and we also accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP). Before your treatment starts, we can go over your coverage with you.
