Their FAQ
Answers from their website.
When should I see an emergency dentist in Hamilton?
If you have severe or ongoing tooth pain, a broken or knocked-out tooth, facial swelling, or a lost crown or filling, you should contact an emergency dentist right away. Prompt treatment prevents long-term damage.
Does Rosewood Dentistry offer same-day appointments?
Yes. We offer same-day emergency appointments whenever possible and do our best to see you as quickly as your schedule allows.
What if my dental emergency happens after hours?
Contact our office and we'll help arrange care as soon as possible — your oral health shouldn't have to wait for regular business hours.
What emergency treatments do you provide?
Tooth extractions, root canal treatment, emergency fillings and crowns, dental implants, and immediate pain relief.
What factors determine if someone is a good candidate for dental implants?
Good candidates generally have healthy gums, sufficient jawbone density, and no active periodontal disease. Overall health and dental history are also considered.
How long does the dental implant process take?
The full process, from initial consultation to final restoration, typically takes 3 to 6 months.
Is the dental implant surgical procedure painful?
Placement is done under local anesthesia, so most patients describe only minor discomfort. Mild tenderness or swelling afterward is common and usually resolves with over-the-counter medication.
How long do dental implants last?
With proper care, dental implants can last many years, and in some cases, a lifetime.
