Their FAQ
Answers from their website.
Where is the dentist office located?
Our Hamilton dental clinic is located inside the Jackson Square Mall. Enter the mall from the York Blvd. entrance and you can find our office next to the food court, across from the indoor portion of the farmers market.
Do you have free parking?
There is ample mall parking that makes accessing our Hamilton clinic very easy.
How do I get to the clinic by public transit?
Our office is easily accessible by public transit. The following bus routes can get you to the Jackson Square Mall: 05, 1 10 & 20.
What should I bring to my first dental visit?
Bring photo ID, your insurance details (including your CDCP or ODSP information if you have coverage), a list of any medications, any dental appliances such as a retainer or night guard, and previous records or x-rays if you can get them. Arriving 10 to 15 minutes early gives you time to complete new-patient forms.
How do I switch dentists and transfer my records?
You can change dentists whenever you like. Your previous office can send your records and recent x-rays on request, and we are happy to help arrange the transfer. Bringing any x-rays you already have can save you from repeating them.
Do you accept the CDCP, ODSP, or patients with no insurance?
Yes to all three. We accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan and can help you understand your coverage and apply, we accept ODSP, and we direct-bill most private insurance. If you have no insurance, we offer payment and financing options and explain costs before treatment.
Can I be seen the same day as a new patient?
Often, yes. We offer same-day and walk-in appointments, and we keep room for urgent problems. Call as early in the day as you can so we can fit you in.
Do you see children and offer care in other languages?
Yes. We welcome children and families, and our assistant Sam can help you get started in nine languages, including Arabic, Hindi, Punjabi, Persian, Somali, Spanish, French and Chinese, any time of day.
