Their FAQ

Answers from their website.

Do you accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) and dental insurance?

Yes. We accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan and offer direct billing through Sun Life for eligible services. We follow the Ontario Dental Association (ODA) fee guide, and our administrative team verifies your coverage and explains any co-payments before treatment begins, so there are no surprises.

What dental services do you offer?

Our team of dentists provides comprehensive care in one location, including general and preventive dentistry; cosmetic dentistry such as porcelain veneers, Invisalign, and teeth whitening; dental implants, including All-on-Four and Teeth-in-a-Day; CEREC same-day crowns; sedation dentistry; and emergency dental care.

I have dental anxiety. What sedation options are available?

We offer four levels of sedation to suit different needs: nitrous oxide (laughing gas) for mild anxiety, oral sedation, IV conscious sedation, and general anesthesia. If dental anxiety has kept you away from care, these options are designed to help you feel comfortable throughout your treatment.

How to choose the right dentist for me?

The ideal answer to this question may vary depending on your unique needs and priorities, but here are some key questions to ask:Is it close enough to your home and/or office? Remember that you may need to visit the North York dentist during emergencies. Is it an accredited dental practice? Not a must, but an accredited practice means this is a high-quality dentistry practice, and the dental professional and/or clinic have worked hard to meet adequate healthcare standards.Does the dental office have adequate parking? Is it close enough to public transport? Also, consider the accessibility of the dental office. Are their office hours suitable for your preferences? Will you require a North York dentist that opens outside the usual (9 to 5) business hours? Will this dentist accept your insurance or participate in government schemes you're eligible in?Are you looking for a North York dentist th…

How does my first visit work as a new patient?

Your first visit begins with a thorough examination using digital X-rays and intraoral cameras, giving our North York dentists a complete picture of your oral health before any recommendations. We explain what we find in plain language, walk you through your options, and never pressure you into treatment you are not ready for. To get started, share your insurance details and dental concerns, and our team will build a personalized plan around your goals and budget.

Can I get a dental crown in a single visit?

Yes. With CEREC same-day crown technology, a crown that once required two appointments and a temporary crown can be completed in a single visit. This means no waiting and no second trip, so you leave with your permanent crown the same day.

Can CDCP be combined with provincial dental assistance programs?

In some cases, coordination of benefits may apply depending on provincial program rules. Patients should confirm eligibility through Service Canada and Sun Life before treatment.

Are crowns automatically covered under CDCP?

Crowns are not automatically approved. Coverage depends on clinical necessity and may require pre-authorization under CDCP program guidelines.
