He completed his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Dental Medicine degrees at the University of British Columbia. Dr. Chow then pursued residency training in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Waikiki Health in Honolulu, Hawaii via the NYU Langone Postdoctoral Residency Programs.
