Site Content Dr. Neil Zastre, DDS Dr. Neil Zastre was raised in Alberta and moved to British Columbia in 1989. He transferred from the University of Alberta and entered sciences at the University of British Columbia that same year. Upon completing his Bachelor of Science, Dr. Zastre entered the Faculty of Dentistry in 1993. Dr. Zastre earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from UBC in 1997. Immediately following his graduation he worked as the clinical resident responsible for the University’s emergency clinic patients. Since then Dr. Zastre has been an associate in Steveston, BC for 4 years and in Lake Country, BC for 1.5 years. Dr. Zastre moved back to the lower mainland in the fall of 2002 and purchased an existing practice in Richmond in January 2003. Site Content Dr. Jonathan Chan Dr. Chan has worked diligently since his 2018 graduation from UBC dental school and is already an experienced practitioner. He works Tuesday and Thursday in our office. Dr. As a UBC student he received the BC Society of Pediatric Dentist, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the Academy of Operative Dentistry prizes. Dr. Chan was recognized in 2019 by his colleagues as the recipient of the American College of Dentists Award of Ethics for Professionalism. Like Dr. Zastre, Dr. Jonathan Chan has a professional perspective and standards of practice in keeping with our office expectations and is an excellent addition to our team. Dr. Chan has joined our practice because he wanted to be involved in a mentoring relationship to help advance his clinical understanding and skills.
