Dr. Pancer has been a member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM) since 1995 and served as the organization's President from 2008 to 2010. He served on the AADSM Board of Directors from 1998 to 2004 and is a diplomat of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine. He is the editor of "Dialogue" the quarterly bulletin of the AADSM. Dr. Pancer has a wide knowledge of oral appliances for SDB patients which enables him to provide sound, up to date and effective information and treatment for both patients and professionals. Dr. Pancer is the developer of an oral appliance for snoring and apnea called the "Sleep Saver". He is an apnea sufferer himself as well as a general dentistry practitioner.
