Their FAQ

Answers from their website.

Which insurance plans do you accept?

We direct-bill most major Canadian insurers, including Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, Green Shield, and Blue Cross, plus government programs like CDCP , NIHB , IFHP , and Healthy Smiles Ontario . If your plan isn't listed here, ask when you book. We work with most other carriers and student plans, too.

How far is your clinic from Bay Street?

We're two blocks east of Bay, at 29 Elm Street. From the Bay–Dundas corner it's about a five-minute walk; from Bay–College, around eight minutes ; from Bay–Bloor, around fifteen minutes south.

What's the closest subway station?

Dundas Station on Line 1 is the closest, about 5 minutes' walk east along Edward and Elm. From King Station, ride one stop north to Dundas; from St. Patrick or Queen's Park station, it's a short walk east instead of a subway transfer.

Do you accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan?

Yes. We are registered with Sun Life to bill the plan directly, and we also work with NIHB, IFHP, Healthy Smiles Ontario and most private insurers. The plan covers exams, cleanings, fillings, root canals, extractions and dentures. It does not cover cosmetic treatment, and clear aligners and implants sit outside it, so those are quoted privately.

Do you take same-day emergency appointments?

call (647) 363-7764 as early in the day as you can for same-day appointments.

How long does it take to get to you from Yorkville?

About twelve minutes by subway. Line 1 southbound from Bloor-Yonge, three stops to Dundas, then one block north on Yonge to Elm Street. By car down Bay Street it is eight to fifteen minutes depending on traffic.

Do you offer Invisalign and veneers?

Yes. We are an Invisalign Premier Preferred Provider, a designation tied to treated case volume, and we handle veneers, bonding and whitening. A consultation covers the options, the sequence and the full cost before treatment starts. These are private treatments and are not covered by the Canadian Dental Care Plan.

Can I get a second opinion on a treatment plan from another practice?

Yes. Bring the written plan and any x-rays or scans you were given. You will get an independent assessment of what is needed, what can wait, and what it would cost here.
