Check-up and cleaning

Questions to ask
  • Are you taking new patients, and when is the first opening for a new-patient exam and cleaning?
  • What will the exam, X-rays and cleaning cost, and what will my insurance or the dental care plan cover?

Cost and paying

How you can pay
Charges the provincial fee guide
Bills your insurance directly
Before treatment, ask
  • What’s the total, including the exam and X-rays?
  • How much will my insurance or the dental care plan cover?
  • Does anything cost more than the provincial fee guide?

They don’t post prices online. For a rough idea, see what patients across Canada said they paid.

Counted from their Google reviews up to September 2026. Something shows here once at least 3 patients mention it. Bigger clinics get more reviews, so compare with care. Google’s rating and review total change every day, so we round them down (like 4.5+ stars or 250+ reviews) to stay accurate until our next update. See today’s reviews on Google ↗

Their FAQ

Answers from their website.

How quickly can I be seen?

We aim to offer same day emergency appointments whenever possible. Please call our office as soon as your emergency happens.

Will my insurance cover emergency treatment?

Many dental insurance plans cover emergency exams and necessary treatment. Our team is happy to help with direct billing whenever possible.

What if my emergency happens after hours?

If your emergency happens outside our regular office hours, please call our office and follow the instructions on our voicemail. If you have severe swelling that affects your breathing, bleeding that will not stop, or a serious facial injury, get immediate medical help by visiting the nearest emergency department or calling 911.

What should I do if my child has a dental emergency?

Call our office right away. We will guide you over the phone and arrange an appointment as soon as we can.

What are custom dentures?

Modern dentures are usually made from high quality acrylic resin and other durable materials designed for a comfortable fit and a natural look.

Can I use regular toothpaste?

No. Regular toothpaste is too abrasive and can scratch the surface of your dentures, causing them to wear out faster.

Can I sleep with my dentures in?

We generally recommend taking your dentures out at night to let your gums rest. Store them in water or a denture soaking solution so they do not dry out.

How long do dentures last?

With proper care and regular dental visits, dentures can last for many years. That said, your mouth changes naturally over time, so adjustments, relines, or a replacement may eventually be needed.
