Their FAQ

Answers from their website.

Do I need to be a patient to book an appointment?

No. We welcome both new and existing patients. Whether you’re looking for a new family dentist, need a routine checkup, or have a specific dental concern, our team is happy to help. Contact us to schedule your first visit, and we’ll guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have before your appointment.

What should I expect during my first visit?

Your first visit is all about getting to know you and your oral health needs. We’ll begin with a comprehensive examination, digital X-rays if needed, and a discussion about your dental history, concerns, and goals. After reviewing your oral health, we’ll explain our findings, answer your questions, and create a personalized treatment plan that’s tailored to your needs—without pressure.

Do you offer emergency dental care?

Yes. We understand that dental emergencies can happen unexpectedly and often require prompt attention. Whether you’re experiencing a severe toothache, a broken tooth, swelling, or a dental injury, our team will do our best to see you as soon as possible and provide the care you need to relieve discomfort and protect your oral health.

Is dental treatment painful?

Your comfort is one of our highest priorities. We use modern techniques, gentle care, and effective local anesthesia to help make treatment as comfortable as possible. Our team will explain each step of your visit, answer your questions, and adjust your care to help you feel relaxed and at ease throughout your appointment.

What makes The Dental Lounge different?

The Dental Lounge was created to redefine the dental experience. From thoughtfully designed interiors and advanced technology to a warm, welcoming team, every detail is focused on your comfort. We believe exceptional dentistry is about more than treating teeth—it’s about building lasting relationships, providing personalized care, and helping every patient feel confident about their smile.

What counts as a dental emergency?

Severe pain, infection, trauma, swelling, or anything preventing you from eating, speaking, or sleeping comfortably.

Can a knocked-out tooth always be saved?

Not always, but if reimplanted within 30–60 minutes, the chances are much higher.

Should I call you or go to the hospital?

For dental-specific emergencies, call us first. For major injuries (uncontrolled bleeding, broken bones, difficulty breathing), go to the ER immediately.
